Unless otherwise stated, our fees include applicable government charges. All prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout before completing your payment.

We currently process payments using Visa and Mastercard. Other payment options, including American Express, Discover, PayPal, and bank transfers, are not available at this time. Payment must be made in full before any application review, preparation, or submission support begins.

International Consumer Protection Laws and Your Rights

Australia

In Australia, consumer rights are governed by the Australian Consumer Law, which sets a consistent national standard for fair trading and consumer protection. It outlines key guarantees that apply to services, including that they are delivered with appropriate care and skill, are suitable for their intended purpose, and are provided within a reasonable timeframe. These protections exist to ensure that services meet acceptable quality standards and that consumers are not exposed to misleading or unfair practices.

When you engage with our services, these protections apply where relevant. If our services do not meet the required standard, you may be entitled to remedies such as a refund, correction, or compensation depending on the situation. We do not attempt to limit these rights and will consider any concerns carefully and fairly in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

United Kingdom / European Union

In the United Kingdom and across the European Union, consumer rights are supported by a combination of legislation, including data protection frameworks such as the General Data Protection Regulation, alongside broader consumer protection laws. These frameworks are designed to ensure transparency, fairness in contractual arrangements, and responsible handling of personal information. They also require clear communication of pricing and service details, and in some cases provide a defined cooling-off period for services purchased online.

Where these laws apply, you may have the right to cancel certain services within 14 days without needing to provide a reason. However, if you request that services begin immediately and confirm your agreement, this right may no longer apply once the service has been fully delivered, as permitted under law. We aim to operate in a way that reflects these standards, ensuring clarity and fairness at every stage.

Canada

In Canada, consumer protection is largely regulated at the provincial level, while privacy obligations are governed by the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act. Together, these frameworks focus on transparency, fair business practices, and the responsible handling of personal information. They also emphasise the importance of clear communication around pricing, including the disclosure of any applicable taxes or additional charges.

When you use our services, you may have rights relating to the transparency of fees, access to your personal information, and the ability to request corrections where necessary. We aim to communicate all charges clearly before payment is made and to handle personal information in a responsible and transparent manner in line with these expectations.

New Zealand

In New Zealand, consumer protections are set out under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. These laws require services to be delivered with reasonable care and skill and prohibit businesses from engaging in misleading or deceptive conduct. Their purpose is to ensure that consumers receive services that meet acceptable standards and are represented honestly.

Where applicable, you may have the right to seek a remedy if services do not meet these standards. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, or a refund. You are also protected from inaccurate or misleading claims about the services we provide. We aim to deliver our services in a way that meets these expectations and maintains transparency throughout.

United States

In the United States, consumer protection and privacy obligations are shaped by a mix of federal and state laws, which can vary depending on where you are located. Certain states, such as California, provide additional rights relating to how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed, as well as broader consumer protections.

Where these laws apply, you may have rights relating to transparency, access to your personal information, and fair treatment in your dealings with us. We aim to respect these requirements and manage your information and interactions in a manner consistent with applicable legal standards.

As circumstances may differ, we will make reasonable efforts to assess your situation and respond appropriately in line with applicable requirements.

9

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict or override any rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, it will be adjusted only as much as necessary to make it valid and enforceable. The remaining provisions will continue to apply in full.

Where required, certain provisions may not apply, or may apply differently, depending on your location. In such cases, the relevant local laws will take precedence to the extent necessary.

11

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or interruptions in our services where these arise from events beyond our reasonable control.

Such events may include government actions, changes in immigration rules, system failures, technical issues, natural disasters, public health situations, labour disputes, or disruptions to communication or transport networks.

In these situations, we will take reasonable steps to resume our services as soon as it is practical to do so, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

While we choose our providers carefully and expect them to maintain high security standards, we do not control their systems. As such, we are not responsible for their performance, availability, or security, including any errors, delays, declined transactions, or technical disruptions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you experience any issues with a payment, we encourage you to contact us so we can assist where possible. However, the outcome of any payment-related issue will ultimately depend on the processes of the relevant provider.

13

Payment Information and Data Accuracy

We do not store full card details and do not have direct access to sensitive financial information handled by those providers.

You are responsible for ensuring that all payment details are entered accurately and only through secure and authorised channels on our website.

You agree to provide information that is accurate, complete, and up to date. We are not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Any personal information you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If you submit information on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have their consent and that they understand how their information will be used. If the individual is under 18, you confirm that you are their parent, legal guardian, or otherwise authorised to act on their behalf.

14

If you have a concern or complaint, we encourage you to contact us first so we can review and resolve the matter fairly and promptly.

If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
